• I understand on auction pick-up days.  I, the winning bidder, am responsible for loading, packing, and lifting all items purchased unless otherwise stated.  Forklifts / Skid Steers / Cranes are only available at specific jobs and will be stated in terms for such.  Twin Ports Bid employees will assist at discretion of management  

• I understand that Twin Ports Bid will ship qualifying items back to their Superior, WI location for a fee if I have called or spoke to them ahead of time.  Items will not be shipped automatically.  If I would like items shipped directly to your home / business I must contact Twin Ports Bid to confirm that this is available on said item(s)

• I understand that Twin Ports Bid may charge fees for shipping, long term storage, loading, removal, transport so forth (these fees would be listed in the terms for those auctions)

• I understand if I do not inspect items before bidding no refunds will be given unless the item was grossly misrepresented

  I understand that Twin Ports Bid does it's best to test all items. Certain items including Refrigerators, Freezers, Welder, Washers & Dryers may be unable to be tested due voltage / plug / hook-ups. We then do are best to test unit powering on. If possible we will list any comments left by consignor regarding working condition. If possible we will list any comments left by consignor regarding working condition. If you do not inspect appliances / items we will not refund under any circumstances. Further this applies to all items that appear new in box, refurbished or blemished models also no exceptions. We make no guarantees on working order / functionibility.

• Bids may only be retracted if they are made in an erroneous state such bidding $2,000 meaning to only bid $20.00

• Bids are binding

• I will not intentionally bid on items that I do not intend on purchasing

• I understand that any unpaid invoices may result in loss of bidding privileges and or possible invoice go to collections

• I understand that I am expected to be kind, courteous and patient with all Twin Ports Bid employees, bidders and consignors

• I understand that Twin Ports Bid has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime if constituted by the terms and agreements being breeched

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 6 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. 

WI Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Winning bidder with vehicle purchases will be responsible for WI sales tax at time of purchase, immediate titling of vehicle in their state of residence if applicable. ·       You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. To participate in our online auctions, you must be at least 18 years old. 

·       All items sold AS IS, HOW IS, WHERE IS, no warranties or guarantees!

·       Neither Rafter T Auctions nor the seller gives any type of guarantee or warranty, implied or otherwise. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. Both the sellers and/or auctioneers reserve their right to withdraw any auction item at any time and/or change the auction duration without giving any notice. Items offered for auction are subject to final confirmation by the seller. 

·       The responsibility to determine the condition of the property rests with the bidder. Buyer should not rely strictly on photos to determine the quality or quantity of the exact items being sold. You are welcomed to come inspect items at our physical location, during office hours. All items offered for auction and their descriptions have been provided by the seller & compiled to assist the buyer. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the item(s) is with the buyer and should the auction item(s) prove defective following the purchase, the buyer will assume the entire cost to rectify. Removal Terms: Full payment must be made before items will be released to buyer. Items must be removed by the posted removal deadline. Bidders are encouraged to determine pick-up availability with seller prior to bidding. 

·       All items must be removed/picked-up from the location specified, during posted hours or by appointment. It is the full responsibility of the buyer for all removal, dismantling, rigging, hauling, loading, and relocation costs. 

·       A $5 Per Day Storage Fee Applies on all items remaining after the posted removal deadline & must be paid prior to removal! Buyer is to arrange and pay for any and all shipping & removal costs and pay any fees, if necessary. 

Payment Methods: Cash, Good Checks, Credit/Debit Card

·       Items not picked up within 10 days of the closing of the auction, will be considered “abandoned” and become property of Rafter T Auctions (unless other arrangements are discussed with us ahead of time).

·       Buyers who need items shipped must check with us PRIOR to bidding to make sure item is shippable. No international shipping available. Restocking charge may be applied if non-shippable items are won.
