PICK UP DAY(S) TERMS: 

• Pick-Up Days Will Start Precisely At Designated Times - NO EARLY BIRDS!
• Maximum Removal Times - Select Items May be Available For Pick-Up At A Later Date(s) - YOU MUST CALL BEFORE BIDDING TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM(S) QUALIFY
• Forklift & Tractor Will Be Available To Assist Loading Heavy Equipment that is classified to leave on scheduled pick-up days
• Customers Will Be Loaded In Order Of Arrival Or In Interest To Keep The Flow Of Auction Pick-Up Move Smoothly
• Large Orders May Be Staged And Then Loaded To Keep The Flow Of Customers Steady
• Be Patient And Allow For Extra Time As We Expect A Large Number Of Winning Bidders
• Payment Will Be Made Before Customers Are Able To Pick Up
• Make Sure To Have Proper Transportation, Trailers, Load Securing Items & Help!
• Customer Vehicles Will Be Staged In Parking Upon Arrival
• All Customers Will Be Escorted By A Twin Ports Bid Employee At All Times
• Be Courteous And Do Not Block Roadways, Driveways Or Business Entrances

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 6 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. BUYERS FEE will be capped at $1500 if paying by cash.

MN Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00. (i.e. Cashier's Check) Please contact us with any questions.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Full terms will be available upon auction listing going live for bidding.

5. PICK UP DATES: 

(TWO DAYS ONLY!)  Friday, September 19th 10:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday, September 20th 9:00am - 2:00pm.  Late pickup will be available by paid appointment on certain items.  You must call see to if your items qualify before bidding.  Select items that require rigging, are deemed late removal or need to remain on premise until auction pick-up is completed and will be by appointment.  

Select smaller items can be shipped back to Twin Ports Bid for a fee or shipped to customers  as their expense.  You call ahead of bidding to see if your items qualifies.  (715) 817-2189.  

All items must be paid no later than Monday, September 22nd.  All appointments for pick-up will be made at time of payment.
