• Please park safely in designated staging / parking areas (Maps will be provided on winning invoices) & wait for your turn as only 1-2 customers will be able to load at a time
• Winning bidders designated staging / parking areas and be loaded in the most the deemed most efficient by onsite staff
• Payments will be made prior to loading of items
• Winning bidders are expected to bring help, tools, load securing items, proper transportation / trailer(s) & anything else required to load items. (Be sure to bring packing materials, boxes, tubs and whatever you will need to pack your items)
• Be Prepared to be patient as Twin Ports Bid will load customers as quickly as possible
• Thank You!

(TWO DAYS ONLY!) Friday, September 12th 10:30am - 5:30pm & September 13th 9:00am - 12:00noon.  You MUST pick up on scheduled pick-up day unless you have made arrangements with Twin Ports Bid for PAID late pick up.  No exceptions.  Small or select items can be shipped back to Twin Ports Bid for a fee.  You must call prior to bidding to see if your items qualify for shipping.  If you would like them shipped after they have been okayed by Twin Ports Bid, you must call after receiving invoice.  Items will not be shipped automatically. Please call with any questions regarding pick-up.

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 5 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. 

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Winning bidder with vehicle purchases will be responsible for WI sales tax at time of purchase, immediate titling of vehicle in their state of residence if applicable. Winning bidder will provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and sign affidavit in agreement of terms of sale. We appreciate your understanding! Dealers are welcome and will be required to provide all necessary paperwork.
