AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 4 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. 

MN Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Winning bidder with vehicle purchases will be responsible for WI sales tax at time of purchase, immediate titling of vehicle in their state of residence if applicable. Winning bidder will provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and sign affidavit in agreement of terms of sale. We appreciate your understanding! Dealers are welcome and will be required to provide all necessary paperwork.

2. This auction is located offsite in Duluth, MN (Not Twin Ports Bid)

4. PICK UP DATES: (TWO DAYS ONLY!) Friday, February 16th 10:30am-5:30pm & Saturday, February 17th 10:00am - 2:00pm.

5. Twin Ports Bid suggest winning bidders with large items or equipment to bring help as there is no loading equipment on site.  Trailers are also suggested as there will be very limited staff on site.  Winning bidders are responsible to have proper tools (for disassembly), loading equipment, straps, vehicles, trailers and HELP as again there will be limited staff on site.  Items may be dirty and greasy so be prepared.  There will be two exits being used at the location (1) upstairs for lots 1-8 and (1) downstairs for the remaining lots 9-100.  Customers will be allowed to load in order or arrival / payment.
