ADDITIONAL PICK UP TERMS: 

• Forklifts & Over Head Cranes Available To Assist Loading Heavy Equipment that is classified to leave on scheduled pick-up days
• Customers Will Be Loaded In Order Of Arrival Or In Interest To Keep The Flow Of Auction Pick-Up Move Smoothly
• Large Orders May Be Staged And Then Loaded To Keep The Flow Of Customers Steady
• Be Patient And Allow For Extra Time As We Expect A Large Number Of Winning Bidders
• Payment Will Be Made Before Customers Are Able To Pick Up
• Make Sure To Have Proper Transportation, Trailers, Load Securing Items & Help
• Customer Vehicles Will Be Staged In Parking Upon Arrival
• All Customers Will Be Escorted By A Twin Ports Bid Employee At All Times
• Be Courteous And Do Not Block Driveways Or Business Entrances

(TWO DAYS ONLY!)  Friday May 9th 9:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday, May 10th 9:30am - 4:00pm.  Late pickup will be available by paid appointment.  Select items that require rigging, are deemed late removal or need to remain on premise until auction pick-up is completed will be by appointment.  See lot description for these items as they will be highlighted in color at the end of the description.  

Select smaller items can be shipped back to Twin Ports Bid for a fee or shipped to customers at their expense.  You call ahead of bidding to see if your items qualifies.  (715) 817-2189.

Auction will go live Wednesday, April 30th @7:00pm

Auction will end will start ending Wednesday, May 7th @7:00pm ending 8 lots per minute

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 8 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

Due to the high volume of bidders we suggest utilizing our watch list and max bid systems to increase bidding efficiency. We also recommend refreshing your screen often.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. BUYERS FEE will be capped at $1500 if paying by cash.

WI Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00. (i.e. Cashier's Check) Please contact us with any questions. Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Again the buyer is solely responsible for inspection of items prior to bidding or inquiring with questions as Twin Port Bid has provided information on lots in this auction as stated by the consignor. Twin Ports will assist as deemed necessary on this specific auction. Forklift and select lifting equipment will be onsite to assist.
