These items may not be purchased ahead of the auction you must bid on them. Please be respectful of the business if you come to inspect and do not move items. Thank You!

- All Loading Is Indoors

- Large Orders May Be Staged And Then Loaded To Keep The Flow Of Customers Steady
- Be Patient And Allow For Extra Time As We Expect A Large Number Of Winning Bidders
- Payment Will Be Made Before Customers Are Able To Enter The Building To Pick Up
- Make Sure To Have Proper Transportation, Trailers, Load Securing Items & Help
- Customer Vehicles Will Be Staged In Parking Upon Arrival
- All Customers Will Be Escorted By A Twin Ports Bid Employee At All Times

Auction #2 Pick-Up will be Friday April 25th 10:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday, April 26th 9:30am - 3:00pm. All payments and Items must be paid and picked up no later than April 26th. Select items can be shipped back to Twin Ports Bid for a fee for future pick-up.

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 8 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.
There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. BUYERS FEE will be capped at $1500 if paying by cash.
WI Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.
Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00. (i.e. Cashier's Check) Please contact us with any questions.
Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading.
