ONLINE BIDDING ONLY!

• I understand that payment must be made on all purchases by cash, check or credit card (All payments are made onsite at auction location or by phone)

• I will read the specific terms for each auction to acknowledge the times, location and pick-up days / times

• I will read the “Please Read Before Bidding” information before lot 1 in each auction as they will be different for each auction

• I understand that I am responsible for reading / viewing each item’s description / pictures / videos closely to verify size, conditions, location and any special terms

• I understand I am responsible for reading invoice closely as each auction has different pick-up days / times / scenarios

• I understand on auction pick-up days.  I, the winning bidder, am responsible for loading, packing, and lifting all items purchased unless otherwise stated.  Forklifts / Skid Steers / Cranes are only available at specific jobs and will be stated in terms for such.  Twin Ports Bid employees will assist at discretion of management  

• I understand that Twin Ports Bid will ship qualifying items back to their Superior, WI location for a fee if I have called or spoke to them ahead of time.  Items will not be shipped automatically.  If I would like items shipped directly to your home / business I must contact Twin Ports Bid to confirm that this is available on said item(s)

• I understand that Twin Ports Bid may charge fees for shipping, long term storage, loading, removal, transport so forth (these fees would be listed in the terms for those auctions)

• I understand if I do not inspect items before bidding no refunds will be given unless the item was grossly misrepresented

• Bids may only be retracted if they are made in an erroneous state such bidding $2,000 meaning to only bid $20.00

• Bids are binding

• I will not intentionally bid on items that I do not intend on purchasing

• I understand that any unpaid invoices may result in loss of bidding privileges and or possible invoice go to collections

• I understand that I am expected to be kind, courteous and patient with all Twin Ports Bid employees, bidders and consignors

• I understand that Twin Ports Bid has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime if constituted by the terms and agreements being breeched

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 6 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.  Twin Ports Bid is not responsible for software or hardware malfunction / difficulties (i.e. bidding software, TPB website, browser issues, phone, tablets or computers)

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. 

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Winning bidder with vehicle purchases will be responsible for WI sales tax at time of purchase, immediate titling of vehicle in their state of residence if applicable. Winning bidder will provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and sign affidavit in agreement of terms of sale. We appreciate your understanding! Dealers are welcome and will be required to provide all necessary paperwork.

4. PICK UP DATES: 

(TWO DAYS ONLY!) Friday, April 24th 1:30pm - 5:30pm & Saturday, April 25th 9:00am - 1:00pm.  You MUST pick up on scheduled pick-up day unless you have made arrangements with Twin Ports Bid for PAID late pick up.  No exceptions.  Small or select items can be shipped back to Twin Ports Bid for a fee.  You must call prior to bidding to see if your items qualify for shipping.  If you would like them shipped after they have been okayed by Twin Ports Bid, you must call after receiving invoice.  Items will not be shipped automatically. Please call with any questions regarding pick-up.
