All inspections are available at Superior Flooring during normal business hours.  Monday - Friday  8:30am - 6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm.  These may not be purchased ahead of the auction you must bid on them.   Please be respectful of the business if you come to inspect and do not move items.  Thank You!

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 4 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. BUYERS FEE will be capped at $1500 if paying by cash.

WI Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00. (i.e. Cashier's Check) Please contact us with any questions.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Full terms will be available upon auction listing going live for bidding.
