PICK UP DAYS:

Pick is only available after payment is made to Twin Ports Bid.  A paid receipt will then be issued so you winning bidders can schedule pick-up time with N.R.R.I.  Pick-up appointments will only be available Monday, December 9th 9:00am - 3:00pm through Thursday, December, 12th 9:00am - 3:00pm.  All appointments will be made by phone with a representative of N.R.R.I.  A forklift will be onsite to assist loading heavy items.  N.R.R.I. staff will not assist in securing or packing of any loads.  All items must be paid and picked up no later 3:00pm on Thursday, December 12th.

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 3 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.


There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction. 


MN Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.


Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.  Failure to pay may result in loss of bidding privileges, legal ramifications or the account be turned over to collections.


Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items.
