By Appointment Only! This address is still a secured private building not a Twin Ports Bid office please do show up to inspect items as no staff is there. Pick-up day is the only day this building will be open to public.  Failure to do so will result in loss bidding privileges.

PICK UP DATES: 

 Pick-Up is one day only! Select items can be shipped to Twin Ports Bid for a fee.  (One Day Only!) Saturday, September 23rd 9:30am-3:00pm.   Select Items can be shipped back to Twin Ports Bid For a Fee.  Fees will start at $10.00 due to travel time.

If you do not call ahead to check if items you are bidding on can be shipped or do not call for shipping back to Twin Ports Bid on scheduled pick-up days we will not automatically ship your items.  Later pick-up on large lots / Large Items may be available for pickup at a later date for a fee (Again please call to verify that we can make arrangement on lots you are bidding on.)  Items not picked on time will be assessed a small late fee.  If you have a storage arrangement with Twin Ports Bid late pick-up fee as your storage fee covers this.  We appreciate the understanding but have staff work on non-pick-up days on new auctions.  Thank You!

AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 6 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction.

MN Sales Tax will be collected on this estate auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Winning bidder with vehicle purchases will be responsible for WI sales tax at time of purchase, immediate titling of vehicle in their state of residence if applicable. Winning bidder will provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and sign affidavit in agreement of terms of sale. We appreciate your understanding!
