AUCTION CLOSE PROCEDURE:

Auction will begin closing at stated time in additional notes. Lots will close 4 lots per minute. Auction utilizes "soft close" bidding style. Time will be extend for 3 minutes on a any lot receiving a bid in the final three minutes. This will continue until there is no bid activity for three minutes.

There is a 10% BUYERS FEE (10% BF) on cash/check payments and 13% BUYERS FEE on credit card / debit card payments on this auction.

WI Sales Tax will be collected on this auction. BF is taxable in WI and MN.

Certified funds required for all invoices over $5000.00.

Everything is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Twinportsbid.com does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Winning bidders are expected to pick up on scheduled pick up or days or will be assessed a late pick up fee. Winning bidder with vehicle purchases will be responsible for WI sales tax at time of purchase, immediate titling of vehicle in their state of residence if applicable. Winning bidder will provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and sign affidavit in agreement of terms of sale. We appreciate your understanding! Dealers are welcome and will be required to provide all necessary paperwork.

TPMGUNS.COM will handle all FFL Transactions.

Please Be Advised of the following: Unless specified or shown firearms will be sold without cases. Bidders 18 years and older may bid on rifles and/or shotguns. Any rifle or shotgun equipped with a pistol grip will be treated as a handgun transaction for MN residents.

MN residents 21 years of age or older may bid on handguns if they are able to provide one of the following qualifications: a Minnesota State Permit to Purchase, a Minnesota Concealed Carry Permit or an FFL License. Wisconsin residents 21 years of age or older may bid on / purchase handguns. Pick-up Day will be at Twin Ports Bid in WI (Scheduled Pick-Up Day Only) otherwise they will be brought to Twin Ports Munitions location in Foxboro, WI for a small fee and transferred to you there. MN Handgun purchases are shipped to a Duluth, MN FFL for pick-up at no cost and Transfer Fees will be paid there. We can ship to another FFL for you but actual shipping charges will be applied to your cost. If you are a resident of another state all state and federal laws will apply.

All gun sales are non-contingent. You will pay first, and then we do the NICS check. If the NICS check comes back as "proceed", you can take possession of the gun; if the NICS check comes back as "delay", we will keep the gun until we are cleared to release it. If the NICS check comes back as "deny", we will re-sell the gun for YOU (owner).

NOTE: Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL Dealers. We recommend calling with questions on firearms.

A $30.00 Transfer Fee will be charged for each Firearm. If you intend on purchasing please contact us and we can discuss reduced Transfer Fees. Shipping/handling charges will be paid for by the winning bidder.

PLEASE NOTE ANY NFA OWNERSHIP ITEMS REQUIRE SPECIAL PAPERWORK AND A WAITING PERIOD.  THIS ITEM WILL BE A $75.00 TRANSFER FEE.  THIS DOES NOTE INCLUDE FINGERPRINTING, PASSPORT PICTURES AND IF NEEDED TRUST FEES.  WE HIGHLY SUGGEST CONTACTING MIKE AT WWW.TPMGUNS.COM   AT 715-817-4159 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS ITEM TO LEARN THIS PROCESS.
